One of the crucial or important problems in the company is in the warehousing (warehouse), where the case study I took was 4 problems in the warehouse including full warehouse capacity, arrivals not on schedule, heavy equipment experiencing damage and differences in data in files and reality. Of these 4 problems, they will be resolved using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). In completing the FMEA, the final result was the largest RPN value at full warehouse capacity with the cause of the problem being limited locations that could be built with RPN 294. This led to remedial efforts to resolve the company's problems. Moreover, the lack of means and facilities to support the dumping causes the people to discourage dumping to the rivers and other sources. The research method I chose was the questionnaire method. Share survey questions and interviews with respondents. Research instruments are lifting and individual interviews. The information collected using this method is often quantitative. Quantitative research is research that requires large amounts of data. This is because the population of quantitative research participants is very varied. The conclusion from the discussion is that the results before educating the importance of preserving the environment and carrying out the cleaning program of the river cytepus by after doing so, that the rating of the respondents has increased to positive that means that this activity is effective in its implementation for 1 week in the month of November 2023, after the rainy season comes once there is a minimum of flooding and river does not flood into the road. Research method for collecting data using a questionnaire survey as research. This analysis shows that work safety and health hazards for marine geotech workers greatly influence work at this company and provide positive goals for the progress of this company. As the wind power sector grows and becomes an established source of renewable energy, it introduces new materials, technologies and processes that expose workers to increased and unique occupational risks. In this paper, we conducted an overview of the scientific and industrial literature on online scientific databases and search engines to identify the extent to which occupational health hazards and risks specific to wind power generation have been considered. Our review reveals the importance of work safety and the introduction of work safety tools at offshore wind farms such as PPE, H2S, and other equipment that influence offshore work maintenance is the focus of research, mainly including self-reported data from offshore wind farm employees. Factors such as vibration, welding fumes and other hazardous substances, weather conditions and biological hazards have not been addressed by research, although the presence and combination of these factors may raise concerns. Therefore, further research is needed into the unique and combined risks and hazards faced by workers across all stages of the wind energy production life cycle. Researchers aim to determine the impact of toxic relationships, whether in a close environment can trigger damage to mental health. The researcher's method uses a mixed method with 11 respondents, the researcher obtains by asking questions through interviews and questionnaires, the results show that in family relationships, friends, and couples, toxic relationships can occur which have a negative impact on psychological and physical health. DMNT Sportwear is the object of research, based on sports fashion production activities that are widely scattered in the market, making the author interested in researching and testing the feasibility of this business. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the DMNT Sportwear business is feasible to continue or not. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this study it was found that DMNT Sportwear's daily sales reached 1,500 pcs with a monthly turnover of 1 billion rupiah. Investment interest itself is a situation where a person has an interest in investing and tries to invest, with little capital, and to support this a person will continue to learn by attending seminars and discussions that discuss investment to reduce investment risk. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment gallery activities, minimum capital and risk perception on interest in sharia stock investment. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a data analysis method in the form of a coefficient of determination test. The sample in this research was 95 samples of FEBI UIN STS Jambi students class 2020-2022, by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. The research results show that investment gallery activities influence interest in sharia stock investment as evidenced by a Sig value of 0,001 &lt; 0,05. Minimum capital has no effect on interest in investing in sharia shares as evidenced by the Sig value of 0,264&gt;0,05. Risk perception influences interest in investing in sharia shares as evidenced by the Sig value of 0,001&lt;0,05. Despite consistently making significant contributions to the Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) from 2013 to 2022, the economic growth rate of the Natural Resources Sector in Tanjung Jabung Timur tends to be slow. This research aims to investigate the influence of natural resources on economic growth in Tanjung Jabung Timur during the period 2013-2022. The study uses purposive sampling for its sample selection. The data utilized comprises time series data from 2013 to 2022. The results of this research indicate that variable X does not have a significant impact on variable Y at the 0.05 significance level. Therefore, the null hypothesis stating that there is no significant influence from variable X1 (Sector A) and X2 (Sector B) on variable Y (Growth Rate) is accepted. The statistical test results show that the p-value for variable X is greater than the predetermined significance level (p &gt; 0.05). This indicates the insignificance of the relationship between variable X and variable Y. This study aims to explore the impact of using digital marketing on sales, marketing strategies, and obstacles faced by MSME players in Pombewe Huntap. The triangulation method is used to ensure data validity by collecting information from various sources, methods, and theories. The research population involves MSME players in Pombewe Huntap who have implemented digital marketing in selling their products. The difference in income after using digital marketing can be seen from the increase in product sales, because it reaches a wider market, including the Sigi Regency and Palu City areas. The obstacles faced involve network constraints, which affect the display of images and the attractiveness of live streaming sales. The results show that digital marketing has a positive effect on the sales and marketing strategies of MSMEs in Pombewe Huntap. Primary and secondary data are the two types of data that were gathered. Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0 software were employed in this investigation. The findings demonstrated that consumers’ decisions to buy Skintific skincare products were not significantly influenced by the brand’s perception. By combining qualitative data from scientific literature and observations, we analyzed the internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect the marketing of Kacandipa products. The results of the SWOT analysis identified product uniqueness, utilization of local raw materials, strong local reputation as key strengths, while limited distribution and lack of consumer awareness are some of the weaknesses faced. In the face of digital market expansion opportunities and government support, we formulated a TOWS strategy that includes strengthening digital market expansion, supply chain optimization, and increasing consumer awareness. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for local businesses to develop effective and sustainable marketing strategies for Kacandipa products in the Sunju Village market and possibly beyond that geographical boundary. This study analyzes the relationship between independent variables (user member card characteristics) and dependent variables. (minat belanja). As the results of the analysis show, there is a correlation between predictor variables related to member card usage and shopping interests. However, a low R-squared value, around 4.1%, suggests that the model cannot explain the variation of shopping interests well. It suggests that factors outside the model can influence the purchasing interest of member card users. The F-statistic value of 1,411 indicates that the overall statistical test of the model was successful; however, the F value must be compared with the relevant critical value to ensure the significance of the Model.
